Training Courses

To achieve the objectives, each organization is heavily dependent on the staff’s abilities to both comply with the assignments and adapt with the changes normally made in the environment. Training is key to the gateway of enabling the staff to welcome any challenge and maintain the desirable levels of preparation to keep performing even under adverse circumstances. Every manager is, then, in charge of planning, supervising, and encouraging every step to be taken toward training. Therefore, the Hospital have managed the needs analysis, identification of the priorities and applicants, and opting for the most practical training methods to run the training courses in the right time and right place. Based on the needs analysis, there have been 11 accreditation courses parallel with the regular ones. The target groups of such courses are:

  • therapeutic staff: nurses and nurse aids
  • non-therapeutic staff: official and other non-medical staff
